Terms of Service

1. What Dilly is

Dilly is an independent, fan-made companion for tracking the Fortnite item shop, cosmetics, skin combos, and creative maps. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and all related names, logos, and content are trademarks or copyrights of Epic Games. 2. Who can use Dilly

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Some features (like publishing a public profile) require you to confirm your age first. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents or guardians can request removal of a child’s profile at our parent & guardian page.

3. The Service & its limits

We pull cosmetic, shop, and creative-map information from publicly available sources and present it for your convenience. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that any price, release date, player count, availability, or other data is correct, complete, or current. Don’t rely on it for purchasing decisions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Accounts & sign-in

Some features require you to sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Epic Games). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your provider credentials secure. Create an account only for yourself, and keep your information accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your profile & content

If you publish a public profile, the locker or wishlist items, display name, and avatar you choose to show become publicly visible. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant Dilly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. You can unpublish or delete your profile at any time. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to publish anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that impersonates someone else. We may remove content or profiles that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the Service;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other people;
• scrape, bulk-download, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• bypass rate limits, security, or access controls; or
• use the Service to build a competing dataset or product in a way these Terms don’t allow.

7. Intellectual property

The Dilly name, logo, original design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Fortnite, Epic Games, and all related marks, images, and content are the property of Epic Games, Inc. Their use here is for identification and informational purposes under fan-content principles; it does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe content here infringes your rights, contact us at support@dilly.gg and we’ll respond promptly.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, OAuth sign-in providers and infrastructure vendors) and may link to third-party sites we don’t control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dillyand its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be highlighted in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Dilly operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
